Reflection: So far, I have received absolutely nothing but positive feedback. The most surprising piece of this project and its progress so far is the overwhelming support that I have been receiving in regards to moving forward into the next phase of completion. I did get a very constructive comment on my last post warning me about the dangers of "volunteer" work by employing the homeless in regards to legal issues with minimum wage, so that was an enlightening piece of information for me. The only thing that I am missing at this point is spare time, as I am taking 17 credits, am on two dance teams, and am suffering a painful death by Financial Accounting, but all of the signs the world has been sending me recently have been suggesting that I take a step back after I finish my current commitments, and pursue my ideas because they seem to have growing potential... So we shall see what happens...
Hey Sofia so I definitely like the idea of this cafe/ study spot. Students are always looking for more good places to study and be productive, especially off campus. However a good point in one of the interviews was cost of maintenance and cost for students because an all green cafe would be expensive how do you plan to still be affordable for the average college student on a budget?

Hi Sofia! Your blog layout is beautiful! And I absolutely loveeee your coffee shop idea! Sustainability and going green seem to be the trending concern of our generation, so I feel that this idea could attract a lot of conscientious customers that have a strong feeling for sustainability. I think if you interviewed strangers on the street, you might get a little more honest feed back and less positive. A lot of people don't want to be rude but your family and friends especially don't want to criticize you. Great job!
